Welcome to Ballroom Orlando! By using our website, registering for lessons, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, and reach out to us at hello@ballroomorlando.com if you have any questions.
By accessing our website (ballroomorlando.com) or signing up for any of our classes or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you purchase a package that includes access to X Dance TV, your use of that service is also governed by the X Dance TV Terms of Enrollment.
Ballroom Orlando provides in-person dance instruction including private lessons, group classes, workshops, and special events. Some packages may include digital access to X Dance TV, our online training platform. Please note that access to X Dance TV is a separate service with its own terms and refund policies.
If your lesson package includes X Dance TV access:
You must abide by the X Dance TV Terms of Enrollment.
X Dance TV access is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
If your Ballroom Orlando membership or package ends, your access to X Dance TV may also be revoked.
We want you to love your lessons. If you’re ever unhappy with a lesson at Ballroom Orlando:
Let us know the same day by emailing us at hello@ballroomorlando.com.
You must have attended the lesson in full at the scheduled date and time.
We’ll gladly add one complimentary lesson to your account to use later.
We don’t offer refunds, but we do stand behind our teaching and believe everyone deserves a great experience.
Lesson fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may result in the lesson being forfeited.
There are no refunds for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction unless covered by our Great Lesson Guarantee.
If your package includes recurring payments:
You authorize us to charge your card on a monthly or designated billing cycle.
Charges will continue unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Not using your lessons or attending classes does not cancel your billing unless you follow the cancellation process.
To cancel your Ballroom Orlando subscription:
You must email hello@ballroomorlando.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed. Keep this for your records.
If you don’t receive confirmation, please follow up to avoid continued billing.
Ballroom Orlando does not offer refunds for lessons, packages, or missed classes.
The Great Lesson Guarantee is our satisfaction policy (see Section 4 above).
X Dance TV access, when included, is subject to its own refund policy which states all sales are final. See X Dance TV Terms for full details.
Apparel or merchandise purchases fulfilled by third-party vendors (e.g., Printful) are final, except for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days with photos and a description of the issue.
If your plan includes digital content:
It is for your personal use only.
You may not share, download, record, or redistribute any videos or content from X Dance TV or Ballroom Orlando without written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund.
Ballroom dancing is physical. By participating in any lesson or event, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own health and safety.
Ballroom Orlando and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation.
All services and materials are provided “as is” with no guarantees of specific results.
Any disputes arising from use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida. Class action claims are not permitted.
We may occasionally update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our website or services implies your acceptance of any updated terms.
